Hibiscus
These beautiful flowers are derived from the Hibiscus sabdariffa, also known as “Rosemallow.” “The mallow family is a genus of tropical and sub-tropical plants that includes cocoa, cotton and okra as well as other natural herbs from such regions.”
Fun fact: In Mexico, the herbs are served in a Hibiscus Flower Tea while being sweetened and served over ice. Please take note that there are no known adverse effects from the use of Hibiscus Flowers, so be aware that any reported therapeutic effects have not been scientifically proven. This herb is originated in Egypt.
